NOSEWORK: Low-impact fun for dog and owner

BUCKEYSTOWN — Tilly has finally found something she’s good at.

Tilly is a rescued pit bull who belongs to Phil Cole, of Frederick. He’s owned her for seven months, and has been searching for an activity that would stimulate her active mind.
